SingHaiyi\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/sorabysinghaiyi.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sora<\/a> in Jurong and Hong Leong Holdings\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/kassiabyhongleong.sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kassia<\/a> in Tampines both recorded strong initial sales, with median prices around S$2,152 psf and S$2,049 psf, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>As the market picks up after the Chinese Hungry Ghost Month, there\u2019s a surge of new condo launches.
